Definitions

Personal Data

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly by reference to an identifier such as a name, an ID number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Usage Data

Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Services or from the infrastructure of the Services itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).

Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Services to you.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). The Personal Data we would like to collect from you include:

Ecocarrier uses the information that we collect to set up individuals and their organizations on our Services. We will collect, store and use your Personal Data in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.

Usage Data

We collect, process, and store content (which may be text, images, audio, and video and may include personal and sensitive information) that you transmit to us through our Services, in order to provide you the Services. We do not store video, audio, or transcription data unless a call participant initiates recording or transcription of the call. We do not store the training data for chatbots and the input and output of chatbot sessions unless instructed by you in the settings. We may retrieve your content from your database or server for processing instead of storing the content in our database or server if instructed by you. We do not share content you transmit to us with any third parties other than those as necessary to provide our Services and in accordance with this privacy policy. We may also collect information on how the Services are accessed and used. This may include information such as your device's IP address, device type, device version, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of use, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Location Data

We may use and store information about your location (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features for our Services, and to improve and customize our Services. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Services at any time by way of your device settings.

Tracking & Cookies Data

When you interact with the Sites, we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When you come to our Sites, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer’s hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited the Sites previously. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Sites and we hold certain information as a result.

Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to Ecocarrier, either by responding to a promotional offer or registering for an account, you remain anonymous to Ecocarrier. Cookies come in two flavors: session and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you have closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser.

Ecocarrier may use session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows Ecocarrier to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you have logged in and are required in order to use an Ecocarrier solution. Ecocarrier uses persistent cookies, that only Ecocarrier can read and use, to identify the fact that you are an Ecocarrier customer or prior Ecocarrier Site visitor (whatever the case may be). We are especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Services.

Use of Data

Ecocarrier uses the collected data for various purposes:
