(“Ecocarrier”) is committed to protecting customer privacy when customers visit Ecocarrier’s web sites at www.MRESENCE.com, www.TeleMeetUp.com, www.TMUDFD.com, www.TMU.ai, www.TMUCall.com or www.TMUConference.com (the “Sites”) or the related applications (collectively, the “Services”). Ecocarrier protects your privacy pursuant to this Privacy Statement (“Statement”). This Statement informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Services and the choices you have associated with your personal data. We use your personal data to provide and improve the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Statement.
The Sites contain links to other web sites. Ecocarrier is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and visitors will need to check the privacy statement of these others web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly by reference to an identifier such as a name, an ID number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Services or from the infrastructure of the Services itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Services to you.
Types of Data Collected
While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). The Personal Data we would like to collect from you include:

Ecocarrier uses the information that we collect to set up individuals and their organizations on our Services. We will collect, store and use your Personal Data in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.
We may also collect information on how the Services are accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your device's IP address, device type, device version, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of use, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features for our Services, and to improve and customize our Services. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Services at any time by way of your device settings.
Tracking & Cookies Data
Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to Ecocarrier, either by responding to a promotional offer or registering for an account, you remain anonymous to Ecocarrier. Cookies come in two flavors: session and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you have closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser.
Ecocarrier may use session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows Ecocarrier to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you have logged in and are required in order to use an Ecocarrier solution. Ecocarrier uses persistent cookies, that only Ecocarrier can read and use, to identify the fact that you are an Ecocarrier customer or prior Ecocarrier Site visitor (whatever the case may be). We are especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Services.
Use of Data
Ecocarrier uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Services
- To notify you about changes to our Services
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Services

Transfer of Data

Ecocarrier will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Statement and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
Disclosure of Data
We may pass your Personal Data on to third-party service providers contracted by us in the course of dealings with you. Any third parties that we may share your Personal Data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the services they provide to you on our behalf. When they no longer need your Personal Data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with our procedures.
Disclosure for Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, Ecocarrier may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
Ecocarrier may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- comply with a legal obligation
- protect and defend the rights or property of Ecocarrier
- prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services
- protect the personal safety of the users of the Services or the public

Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. We will endeavor to keep your Personal Data accurate and up-to-date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. We are required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for income tax and audit purposes. How long certain kinds of Personal Data should be kept may also be governed by specific business-sector requirements and agreed practices. Personal Data may be held in addition to these periods depending on individual business needs.

- Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances, you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.

- Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organization.
- Right to judicial review: in the event that we refuse your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. You have the right to complain by contacting us at the address below.
You may be required to provide satisfactory forms of identification when Personal Data about you is requested or otherwise.
